Residence Club

Residence Club offers residents the opportunity to participate in a financial model that preserves money for your estate’s future while providing an attractive reduction in your monthly condominium rate.

Club Level

There are three levels of participation in the Residence Club. Each level offers reduced rent and other benefits.

Program Benefits

You will realize immediate benefits through a substantially lower monthly rent. In addition, you will have the security of knowing that you have set aside your own personal rainy day fund.

Refund

When you move out of The Timbers, 100% of your Residence Club program fee is refunded.

Medical/Hardship

Your account is available to you to use when an unforeseen hardship arises. You will be permitted to withdraw available funds from your program account balance. Each withdrawal requires a 30 day minimum notification and processing fee. In addition, your monthly rent will be adjusted to the standard rate. In rare circumstances, payout may be delayed beyond 30 days.

Founders Club

The Founders Club is offered to the first 10 Residents who reserve their unit and provide their signature of acceptance at the midway survey.

Referral Club
